Acapulco Restaurant on La Cienega, Sept. 5th

My husband and I were having lunch on Tuesday, September 5th around 1:30 at Alcapuloc on La Cienega just north of Beverly. There were two women there - clearly nannies - with two boys. It "appeared" that they had met up for lunch. I believe the women were both Hispanic. The boys were around 2 and 4. I think one was in a high chair and the other in a booster seat.
Anyway, the women (1) were drinking margharitas in front of the kids (2) were toasting each other and the boys thus emphasizing the drinks and (3) had clearly driven there because (4) when the older boy seemed to need attention one of the women YELLED at him and told him if he didn't be quiet she was going to go put him in the car and leave him there.
It was really upsetting. I don't know if anyone remembers their nanny meeting with a friend at that restaurant on that day but there was almost no one else in the restaurant - it was totally empty.

Santa Monica Blvd near Highland

Your son looks about a year old, light brown hair, fair skin. His stoller is light green. Your nanny is Hispanic, in her 30's, was wearing purple pants. She was pushing him into traffic against a red light. Traffic had to stop at the intersection for them, which was very busy. It was about 9 AM.
